Jim has been my realtor since 2012. I have bought two and sold two homes with him. He is professional, organized, and on top of the whole process. I had moved out of the state so he took on a lot of responsibilities for the execution of the process. He was very responsive to any of the items that came up and there were no issues. 10/ 10 I would use him again and I would 100/10 recommend him and his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

She was extremely helpful assessing the cost of potential projects with the property and she clearly brings a ton of experience to the table.

Judy was available day in and day out. She kept me informed and was supportive of any needs or emotions. She helped me stand my ground when my buyer was making unnecessary requests and delays.

Pam was awesome throughout the whole process. As first time homebuyer, there were many things I did not know. Any questions I had or things I wasn’t sure about, Pam was able to give her insight in a honest and straightforward way, which is what I needed in this process- no beating around the bush. I can tell she knows her stuff, she was a good rock to lean on. If I had to go back and do the process over again, I’d hope Pam would be the one to see me through it again. I can wholeheartedly recommend Pam to anyone going through the home buying process!

In a simple word, Romi Brozeit absolutely AMAZING . This was my first house sale and was downsizing so was extremely stressed. Romi went above and beyond in every aspect. She was extremely knowledgeable about the market in my area, clear on her communication, and provided a stress free closing. I can not express into words how impressed I was with Romi. She coordinated updateds I needed to improve my house and even met contractors when I couldn't. I sold my house the first day on the market and well above what I was expecting. To put it simply she went above and beyond to get my house sold but also reduced my stress. Again, I can not express how much she helped me. Words can not express how appreciative I am towards her effort.

Eric was patient and gave great advice as we moved through the home buying process. We'd highly recommend Eric to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
